Arooj Jaffar, ECE
Manager, Owner, dedicated care provider
Arooj Jaffar is a certified Early Childhood Educator with over a decade of experience. After spending over 10 years, as a teacher and manager at a local pre-school in the Surrey area, Ms. Arooj decided to venture out and fill a critical gap in the childcare space. As a result, Tynehead Learning Centre was born. TLC has offered an incredible opportunity for Ms. Arooj to apply her skills in individualized lesson planning, creative problem-solving, and providing a nurturing environment for early learners. The highlight of her day is watching her tiny tots blossom into confident, inquisitive, and creative early learners. Since completing her certification, Ms. Arooj regularly participates in building a community of practice with other Early Childhood Educators and participates in professional development programming offered by Options, REACH, and the Surrey School District.
